To recycle your old controller, follow these steps: 

1. Fill out the form below
2. Check your email for a pre-paid shipping label
3. Affix the shipping label to a box (you can use the box your DMIT came in, or another box) and package it up
4. Drop your box off at your local FedEx, or schedule a pickup at your convenience
