What should I do if I need to return an item, but I don't have the “original LOOKSI packaging” or don’t have the “Return Slip”?

If you wish to return one or more items, you have to place them in the original packaging you received when the order was delivered to you. Returned items must be in the original condition with the original tags on them, not used or worn, and must be returned within 30 days from the date you received the product. In case that you have lost or damaged the original packaging, you can insert the items you wish to return in a similar package. You can then bring this package to any 7-11 nationwide remembering to bring with you as well the return form completely filled out.
