After you create the free trial accounts or subscribe to CXBOX BROADCAST, you have to continue with the onboarding process by.
Step 1: Choose Subscription.
Then click "Next" The screen will shows,
Then click "Next"
Step 2: Setup Sunshine Conversations.
2.1 Sunshine Conversations Setup
You will see the screen below. This step is to activate Sunshine Conversations in your Zendesk Instance and connect with CXBOX BROADCAST.
You then have to fill in the following information
a. Company Name
b. Sunshine Conversation KEY ID
c. Sunshine Conversation API Secret
d. Sunshine Conversation API App ID
If you are using Zendesk Suite Professional or higher, see this article how to get Sunshine Conversations Keys on Zendesk Admin Center.
If you are now using Sunshine Conversation Platform, see this article how to get Sunshine Conversations Keys.
Then click "Test Connectivity". If the process is completed, you will see the popup below.
2.2 Sunshine Conversations Webhook Setup
If the systems are connected successfully, you will be processed to the next step as shown on the screen below.
In this step, you need to follow the instructions based on the Zendesk or Sunshine Conversation plan you subscribed.
If your current subscription is Zendesk Suite Professional Plan or higher, see this article how to setup the webhook on Zendesk Admin.
Otherwise, your subscription is a legacy Sunshine Conversation Platform, see this article how to setup the webhook on Sunshine Conversations Platform.
After you complete setup the webhook in either Zendesk Admin or Sunshine Conversations Platform, click the button "Next"
If the integration is successful, you will see the screen below.
Then click "Next"
Step 3: Setup Zendesk
You need to activate Zendesk API to be connected with CXBOX BROADCAST, by filling in the blank field below.
- Username by your Zendesk Admin username.
- Token by Zendesk Token. See this article how to get your Zendesk Token.
- Zendesk Subdomnain Name
Then click "Save". You will see the screen below.
Step 4: Review Summary
You will be proceeded to the next screen showing your setup summary.
The channels conntected with Zendesk will also be shown.
Then click "Finish Onboarding Process".
Your onboarding with CXBOX BROADCAST is done.
