What if the item I order is out of stock?

Although we try to supply our products in enough quantity to satisfy all our customers, it may be the case that the product you wish to buy has run out of stock. 

In such a case, please try to check our website regularly; if we are unable to restock the product, you will be sure to find a new product that you will like even more from our latest collections and trends!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel one of the items you ordered due to stringent quality requirements (for instance, we might realise after you order the item that the item we have in stock is defective). Our Customer Service team would contact you to inform you, should such a rare occasion occur.
